About El Nido to Coron Expedition
Our most popular Philippines expedition spans 4 days and 3 nights, transporting you from El Nido to Coron. Accompanied by a passionate crew, a maximum of 20 travellers embark on our El Nido to Coron Expedition, venturing to the remote islands of Palawan—places not typically explored during daily El Nido and Coron Island Hopping tours (such as Tours A, B, C, and D). This unique journey allows you to forge genuine connections with both locals and fellow travellers, all while immersing yourself in the authentic island life.
During our El Nido to Coron Tour, you’ll have a range of activities to choose from: snorkeling, kayaking, stand-up paddle-boarding, and beach volleyball for the adventurous souls. Alternatively, if relaxation is your preference, feel free to unwind with a good book or leisurely stroll. Our skilled chef ensures you’re well-fed with fresh meals and drinks throughout the day, including alcoholic beverages.
At the end of each day on our El Nido to Coron boat trip you’ll arrive at a picturesque island, as the sun sets each evening. There, you’ll enjoy dinner, share stories, and settle in for the night under the stars—either in a cozy native cottage or a beach camping setup. And who knows? There might even be some karaoke, boodle fights, or bonfires to add to the magic of your island experience!

The Boat
All of our boats come equipped with more than enough room for our guests. With a convenient toilet, cushioned seating, side nets, and ample space on the upper and lower deck for sunbathing and relaxation our boat will ensure your journey is carried in comfort and style! We also have on board all the masks, snorkels, fins, kayaks and Stand Up Paddle boards, that you are free to use!
-
Accommodation
Our rustic accommodations, nestled directly on sandy beaches, offer bamboo cottages or camping, both with essential comforts - clean mattresses, mosquito nets, and fans. Embrace the charm of island life with basic yet well-maintained amenities, including fresh water showers and manual flush toilets. While our setup is modest, with limited electricity and no air conditioning, it's the perfect backdrop to unwind under starlit skies, lulled by the ocean's melody.

The Team
Despite the incredible natural beauty you will experience during the expedition, the best thing about Big Dream Boatman is our team. They are the most passionate, kind-hearted and hard-working people. They are happy and friendly, and ready to welcome you on board as part of the family the second you step on to the boat. From the chef, to the mechanic, the guide and the boatman, and of course the captain, they are just friends you haven't met yet!

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is the El Nido to Coron Trip for?
Our El Nido to Coron Expedition is ideal for those with an adventurous spirit and an open mind. People who seek authentic experiences when they travel and enjoy to meet like-minded people. While there is no upper age limit, we request you to be at least 14 years of age and physically healthy.
What is the Itinerary?
During our Palawan expeditions, we don't have a fixed itinerary. Our itinerary depends on the crowd at the spots, weather conditions and staff's picks :) Popular Palawan tourist spots, such as Kayangan Lake, Banana Island, Lusong Gunboat Shipwreck, Paradise Beach and Nacpan Beach are possible candidates for our itinerary, however, we tend to focus on the more hidden gems of El Nido, Coron and Linapacan. We encourage guests who really wish to see a specific site to visit it before or after to avoid disappointment.
When is the best time to visit?
We run our El Nido to Coron Tours from mid-October until mid-July. The best chance of perfect weather is January-April.
We do not operate during the monsoon season (August and September), even for private trips, as the weather is very unpredictable and we do not believe it is safe to do so.
Prices, Payments and Inclusions
The price for this expedition is USUALLY $649 USD. We are currently running a promo of $599 USD .

El Nido to Coron
The Expeditions
We take feedback from every guest, and we implement the requested changes so that our El Nido Coron Boat Tour has been crafted and moulded by the people it's meant to serve over time.
-
That's why we have a limited number on board the boat, we don’t like it to feel overcrowded and we found with too many people it messes with the social dynamics.
-
That's also why we don't charge for anything during our El Nido to Coron boat trip and try to include everything (including limited alcohol) in our fee.
-
This may be why we continue to rank as number 1 on Trip Advisor and remain the go-to expedition for the biggest names in travel, but there's something else.
Lastly, it's hard to put this into words, but the clue is in our name. Have you ever been around people who are so passionate about what they do that you find it infectious?
That's probably what makes us most special. Our people. The family you become a part of the second you step on the boat.
